Everos offers a standard warranty valid for one (1) years from the date of purchase, or the warranty period required by applicable laws — whichever is longer.

If your Everos eyewear is found to be defective during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge in accordance with the terms outlined below.


✔️ Warranty Coverage

Everos warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

It does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., minor scratches on lenses or frames)
  • Damage caused by:
    • Normal wear and tear (including lens scratches, hinge loosening, or frame aging over time)
    • Accidents, impact, or improper handling
    • Exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, saltwater, or abrasive surfaces
    • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
    • Improper use or failure to follow care instructions
  • Damage caused by third-party accessories or non-original parts
  • Commercial use or resale-related wear
