1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter – “Terms”) define the rights and obligations between you (hereinafter – “Buyer”) and the online store everosclubhouse.com (hereinafter – “Store”).

1.2. These Terms apply when the Buyer:

  • Browses the Store
  • Places orders
  • Makes payments
  • Submits personal information
  • Uses any services provided by Everos

1.3. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and Everos (hereinafter – “Seller”).

1.4. By placing an order and clicking the “Pay” button, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1.5. Everos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of purchase will apply.


2. Formation of Contract

2.1. A purchase agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer:

  • Adds products to cart
  • Provides shipping details
  • Selects a payment method
  • Confirms the order

2.2. The agreement remains valid until all obligations (delivery, payment, etc.) are fulfilled.


3. Orders & Account Registration

3.1. Buyers may place orders with or without creating an account.

3.2. When creating an account, the Buyer must provide accurate information including:

  • Email address
  • Shipping details
  • Password

3.3. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3.4. Everos is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of the Buyer’s account.


4. Pricing

4.1. All prices displayed are applicable only for purchases made through the Store.

4.2. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

4.3. The final price payable is shown at checkout.

4.4. Prices do not include import duties or taxes unless stated otherwise.


5. Order Processing & Shipping

5.1. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

5.2. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on location.

5.3. Delivery times may vary due to customs or courier delays.

5.4. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the Buyer will be notified and refunded.


6. Payment

6.1. We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if available)
  • Other local payment methods

6.2. All transactions are securely processed through trusted payment providers.

6.3. Order confirmation and payment details will be sent via email.


7. Delivery

7.2. Buyers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information.

7.3. If delivery fails due to incorrect details or absence:

  • Re-delivery may require additional fees
  • Unclaimed packages may not be reshipped

7.4. Everos is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.


8. Order Changes & Cancellation

8.3. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


9. Liability

9.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information.

9.2. Everos is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9.3. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

9.4. Everos is not responsible for:

  • Indirect losses (e.g., lost profits)
  • Third-party service failures (payment providers, shipping carriers, etc.)

10. Complaints

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

10.2. Everos will respond within 14 calendar days.


11. Returns & Refunds

11.1. Products may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.

11.2. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

11.3. Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all labels and accessories

11.4. Return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

11.5. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

11.6. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


12. Warranty

12.1. Everos eyewear includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

12.2. The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, hinge loosening)
  • Damage from misuse or accidents

13. Final Provisions

13.1. These Terms are governed by applicable international consumer protection laws.

13.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under applicable legal jurisdiction.

13.3. If the Buyer does not agree with these Terms, they must not use the Store.
