1. Returns
Everos offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Protective elements (e.g., lens film, packaging) must remain intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
- The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- This includes customs duties, taxes, and fees (if applicable)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The return request is made after the 30-day period
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered
- Lenses are scratched or frames show signs of wear
- Items are missing packaging, tags, or components
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified if the refund is approved
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time:
- 5–7 business days after approval
- Banks may take additional time to process
6. Warranty
All Everos eyewear includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., lens scratches, hinge loosening)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
