1. Returns

Everos offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Protective elements (e.g., lens film, packaging) must remain intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

  • The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • This includes customs duties, taxes, and fees (if applicable)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The return request is made after the 30-day period
  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered
  • Lenses are scratched or frames show signs of wear
  • Items are missing packaging, tags, or components

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified if the refund is approved
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing time:

  • 5–7 business days after approval
  • Banks may take additional time to process

6. Warranty

All Everos eyewear includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., lens scratches, hinge loosening)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
